Context
The OSSP-CMR programme is implemented under the Agreement Letter between UNDP and CTA-CAM regarding "Support for Cameroonian SMEs in the quality approach of their products through support for improving their manufacturing, packaging and storage processes," funded by BADEA, in coordination with MINEPAT.
Axis 1 of the programme delivered four sector manuals (Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Aquaculture) and a cross-cutting catalogue of laws and standards, validated at the national workshop held in February 2026 in Edéa.
What Axis 2 covers
Building on the Axis 1 deliverables, CTA-CAM is now launching Axis 2 of the programme:
- Direct support for 30 Cameroonian agri-food SMEs
- Rollout across 6 regions of Cameroon
- Support for quality, sanitary and phytosanitary compliance of manufacturing processes
- Support for improving packaging, conditioning and storage
