Who we are

The Agri-Food Technical Center of Cameroon (CTA-CAM) is a private-law institution, created in November 2016 in Douala, entrusted with public service and interest missions.

Born from a Public-Private Partnership between the State of Cameroon and the private sector, with the support of the European Union and UNIDO, CTA-CAM has operated the best-equipped agri-food laboratory in Central Africa since 2022.

About CTA-CAM

A strategic tool for the agri-food sector

As a support structure for the agri-food industry, CTA-CAM provides the State with relevant opinions and information for the sector's development, in line with the Growth and Employment Strategy Paper (DSCE).

It acts as an interface between research and industry, fostering the processing of local raw materials and strengthening the national industrial fabric.
